Join us The Evans brothers both got their culinary start with Trattoria Stella early in our history. After stints in Michelin starred restaurants in San Fransisco and fueled by world travel, Patrick and Michael will rejoin Chef Myles in the kitchen to execute a meal created to showcase their culinary experience over the last 20 years while complementing the wines of yheir old colleague. That’s right, Dave Bos was one of our opening servers in 2004 and after a decade in Napa returned to put his unique stamp on the wines of Michigan as well as maintaining his California connections. Join us for what will undoubtedly be a reunion for the books!
